That group brought together a handful of independent housing loan consultants who shared one conviction — financial guidance should be accessible to every family, not only to those with easy access to credit. Madhankumar G, along with Mr. Ramesh (Madurai), Mr. Ravi (Coimbatore), and 21 dedicated office bearers from across Tamil Nadu, turned those informal conversations into a structured vision. The THAWA Association was born.
The purpose was clear from the start — to elevate the housing loan consulting profession, unite independent consultants under a shared identity, and build a culture of continuous learning and mutual growth.
In 2019, Madhankumar G stepped into the role of President, giving the association direction and steering it toward that mission. What had begun as an idea in a chat window grew into a community — one that earned the trust of families navigating the most significant financial decisions of their lives.
By 2023, the association had outgrown its original form. In November of that year, under the leadership of Madhankumar G as Managing Director alongside four Directors, the next chapter began with the incorporation of THAWA Financial Service Pvt Ltd — an independent private limited company built to serve as a professional lending channel, empanelled with India's leading Banks and NBFCs. Behind this milestone stood 191 shareholders whose belief made the vision real.
